Dorset Property Finders take the strain out of buying a home in Dorset.
We act independently for a very limited number of clients. This avoids any chance of a conflict of interests as we will never act for more than one client looking for a similar specification and price range.
Finding the right home is a personal business. We spend as much time as needed finding out what our clients are looking for. We can meet with you personally, conduct a telephone consultation or take written instructions. The more information we have about you and your criteria the better equipped we will be to find you the right home.
Once we have received instructions to act and agreed your criteria our search begins. Our excellent relationship with local contacts enables us to hear about and view suitable properties often before they reach the open market.
When a suitable home becomes available we will contact you giving a written or verbal report following our initial viewing, and subject to vendor’s permission provide digital images showing the positives and negatives of each property.
Following this initial introduction we will arrange accompanied viewings, provide written reports on selected properties, their location and the surrounding areas and facilities.
Once our clients have found a property they wish to purchase, we advise on the appropriate course of action, negotiate the best price and time scale, advise on surveyors, and oversee the conveyance process through to the day of completion. We can advise on local architects, planning, contractors, interior designers, landscape gardeners, schools, actually just about anything you need to know. If we don’t know the answer we will endeavour to find it.
In short we will take the strain out of your move.
