Dorset Property Finders charge a registration fee of £750.00, which is payable upon instruction for each six month sole agency period.
Upon exchange of contracts our fees are 1.50% of the purchase price of the property found or if requested a fixed fee that is negotiated at the point of instruction.
Rental Search
We also provide a rental search service to a limited number of clients with specific requirements.
Our terms are for 12 weeks sole agency and we charge £500.00 registration fee.
Upon signing the rental agreement our fees are equal to one months rental (minimum fee £1500.00)

Other Services
If you have already viewed or have heard about a property and are unable to view yourself and you would like an independent opinion we are able to offer a one off inspection.
For a simple one off inspection and short report service our fee is £250.00.
If you have found a property but want an independent agent to act on your behalf in the negotiations and to look after your interests until the day of completion our fee is 1% of the purchase price or a fixed fee may be negotiated at the point of instruction
