Finding the right home is a personal business. We spend as much time as needed finding out what our clients are looking for. We can meet with you personally, conduct a telephone consultation or take written instructions. The more information we have about you and your criteria the better equipped we will be to find the right home for you. We act independently for a very limited number of clients, avoiding any chance of a conflict of interest.
When a suitable home becomes available we will contact you giving a written or verbal report following our initial viewing, and subject to vendor's permission provide digital images showing the positives and negatives of each property.
When we've found the ideal home we negotiate the purchase price, agree a timescale and oversee the conveyancing process through to the day of completion.
Our extensive local knowledge of architects, planning regulations, builders, contractors and interior and garden designers ensures we are able to advise on any service our clients need.
